		<description>Enjoyed your presentation. The organization I work for adopted an &quot;agile&quot; attitude towards software development about a year ago. There was early and enthusiastic adoption by the PM and development group, with the BA group enthusiastic but struggling to find their sweet spot. Like you they were evolving from large Use Case / specification documents to lighter weight, just in time acceptance criteria, etc.  Fortunately 4 of them attended your presentation.</description>
